Meet Aaron, a Registered Nurse and University of Alberta graduate with over 13 years of healthcare experience, specializing in medical aesthetics as a Nurse Injector.

As the founder of Youthful You Aesthetics, Aaron is recognized for his ability to deliver natural, refined results that enhance—never overpower—your features. His approach blends clinical precision with an artistic eye, focusing on balance, harmony, and subtle enhancements that help you look refreshed and confident.

Aaron believes that aesthetic medicine should always be personalized. Every treatment begins with a thorough consultation, where your goals, concerns, and natural features are carefully considered. From there, he creates tailored treatment plans using advanced techniques and high-quality products to ensure safe, consistent, and long-lasting results.

Beyond his clinical work, Aaron is also an educator and mentor, training healthcare professionals and contributing to the continued advancement of aesthetic nursing. Francene has been in healthcare for 25 years, 12 years as a Nurse Practitioner.

Her experience predominantly lies in Emergency and trauma nursing. She opened the very first NP led trauma clinic and has trailblazed many NP positions before entering aesthetic nursing practice. Francene’s philosophy is to stay up to date and current in best practices for clients safety and optimal outcomes. She believes that the best part of an aesthetic practice is getting to know her clients personally and working collaboratively to achieve their goals. Her most memorable moments is sharing an experience where someone feels that they are able to achieve their best life inside and out. We are honored to have such a passionate and down to earth team at Youthful You Aesthetics.

Lucas Fassbender, Clinic Director at Youthful You Aesthetics, is a seasoned professional with 25 years of experience in customer service, sales, and a passion for travel. Throughout his career, Lucas has excelled in providing exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships.

As the Clinic Director at Youthful You Aesthetics, Lucas brings his extensive expertise in customer service and sales to create a warm and welcoming environment for clients seeking aesthetic treatments. Yolanda became a Registered Nurse in 2016. She has since worked in critical care areas, with both adults and pediatrics. Yolanda comes from Down Under and has been living in Canada since 2018. The Aussie accent is a dead giveaway.

She has always had a passion for Aesthetics, and in 2020 she chose to take her career in the right direction. Yolanda wants to help individuals feel confident and vivacious by enhancing and restoring their natural beauty. While also teaching individuals to better understand skin processes and aging throughout the different phases of life, so that you can take control of your aging process!

Yolanda holds herself to the highest standards and focuses on maximizing results through exceptional customer experiences and evidence-based practices with top-quality products to achieve your desired results.

Viv is a Registered Nurse and graduated from the University of Alberta in 2019.

Her nursing background is in Addictions and Mental Health where she has worked on various psychiatry units in the hospital, as well as in crisis intervention as a mental health therapist in the community. Viv is passionate about aesthetic nursing because it allows her to apply her skills and experience to help clients feel more comfortable in a medical aesthetic setting. She prides herself in natural enhancements, as well as having a holistic and balanced approach. She values educating her clients, and providing safe, most up to date techniques for the best client results. Viv also has an incredible eye for design and is our social media content creator and manager! Outside of work, Viv enjoys exploring new bubble tea shops and binging on Netflix crime documentaries! We can’t wait for you to meet Viv!

Tiara comes from a background of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) as a registered nurse, and caring for premature and critically ill infants has helped hone her skills in delivering meticulous and thoughtful care.

Her experience as a neonatal nurse has fostered an unparalleled level of empathy that she now channels into her new role, ensuring each patient receives the upmost attention and consideration during aesthetic treatments.

Since graduating from Macewan University with her BScN in 2020, Tiara’s nursing career has spanned across various Level II & III NICUs. But her interests for cosmetic nursing has always been evident in the early stages of her career, driven by her strong desire to engage in a creative atmosphere and all things beauty. As a result, transitioning to her new role as an injector has led her to her true calling blending the artistic and scientific elements of nursing.

Tiara takes pride in fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment, catering to all genders and backgrounds. Her dedication to continuous improvement and learning is evident through her completion of multiple certifications, online webinars, shadow training experience, and her success in completing the YYA Mentorship program at Youthful You Aesthetics. Her commitment to education and patient safety shines brightly and she plans to continue these endeavours to prioritize patient safety and enhance her individualized treatment plans unique to you!

Her​ ​journey​ ​in​ ​aesthetics​ ​began​ ​after​ ​six​ ​years​ ​in​ ​nursing,​ ​working​ ​primarily​ ​in​ ​women’s​ ​health.​ ​With​ ​an​ ​eye​ ​for​ ​beauty​ ​from​ ​a​ ​young​ ​age—having​ ​worked​ ​as​ ​a​ ​model​ ​and​ ​makeup​ ​artist—Kelly​ ​now​ ​helps​ ​clients​ ​look​ ​and​ ​feel​ ​their​ ​best​ ​through​ ​aesthetic​ ​medicine​ ​and​ ​the​ ​latest​ ​evidence-based​ ​technology.
